GROUP CLASSES

A variety of instructor led exercise classes designed for all levels and abilities.

Instructors will provide needed modifications in order for you to adjust your workout and improve strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and your over all health and well being.

We are happy to provide many of our group excersize classes free of charge to our members. Please note the classes with a ($) and consult with the front desk on pricing information.

Fitness Class Descriptions

A.B.S. Class - Abdominals-Back-Strength
20-minute class exclusively to strengthen the abdominal and back muscles.

Active Yoga
A yoga inspired workout that incorporates Pilates and Tai Chi moves to strengthen your core and improve overall strength and flexibility.

Aqua Bootcamp
This class is designed with a combination of strength and cardio intervals to give you that maximum caloric burn. Excellent way to tighten and tone the muscles while burning calories. Thursday classes include water volleyball.

Aqua Cardio
A high-intensity tabata-style workout consisting of 20 seconds of various exercises followed by 10 seconds of rest. Class also infuses Pilates-based exercises to strengthen the upper body, lower body, and abdominals.

Cardio Pump
A boot-camp style class focusing on strength and cardio endurance. A high energy class perfect for a total body work out.

Circuit Toning
A fun muscle toning circuit workout. This class consists of 4 stations, each with 5 exercises to be performed for 1 minute each. The class is split into teams, cheering each other on, carrying you through to the next station. So, bring your friends and crush this fun workout together!

Deep Water
Water exercise in the deep end of the pool that gives you a great cardio and strength workout using the resistance and non-impact benefits of the water. Flotation belts are provided to add comfort and security to swimmers and non-swimmers.

RPM
This class is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. *Must be 15 yrs. or older.

Mid-Morning Cardio
Low-impact cardio class is for anyone who wants the benefits of an aerobic workout minus the “bounce” or impact. Includes light toning and stretch. Benefits: Burn calories, improve cardio-vascular health, posture, coordination and circulation, balance and fall prevention.

POUND
Using Ripstix, lightly weighted drumsticks specifically engineered for exercise, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly exhilarating full body workout!

RIP
A Barbell workout that incorporates functional orthopedic strength training. Every movement plane is attacked using weights and bodyweight. Featuring safe, motivating exercises and great music to create a thrilling group fitness atmosphere!

Pump for Purpose
This class is geared more toward toning than anything. You will and can get your heart rate up but it is a lower impact class than the original body pump class. We use weights an dbody weight exercises for a total body workout.

Silver Sneakers
Music and workout designed to meet the needs of mature and/or physically challenged adults. Build muscular strength and endurance with the assistance of chairs, resistance bands and balls, hand weights and your own body weight. Benefits: improve coordination, posture, muscular and joint strength, balance and fall prevention.

Spinning
An indoor workout with outdoor fun! This class focuses on lower body strength and endurance, added hand-weights for the upper body. *Must be 15 yrs. or older.

Tabata - Power Lunch
This class is a form of intervals and short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. This class will keep you going and is a great way to stay in shape.

Water Stretch & Tone
A class designed to strengthen, stretch, and tone the whole body, making the muscles longer, leaner, as well as improving flexibility and balance.

Yoga
A class designed to help you improve strength, flexibility, balance, posture & reduce stress.

Zumba
This class fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away. Routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined to give you a great workout burning more calories effectively.

Zumba Toning
This workout takes the thrill of the fitness-party for cardio and partners it with strength exercise.
