Health Insurance Funded Memberships

Health and well-being is important during every stage of life but even more so as you get older. In our work, we have found that staying healthy as an older adult (60+) requires more focus on stamina, strength and movement. That is why we have partnered with three Medicare supported programs to increase the number of older adults who are active within our community.

These programs include Silver Sneakers, Silver and Fit, and Renew Active. If you have Medicare, check with your insurance provider to see if one of these programs is available to you.
