Partner with one of our Personal Trainers to receive one on one support in your health and wellness journey. The trainer will begin with an assessment where you will talk about goals and what you want to achieve. At this time, you will share information about past injuries, surgeries, or health concerns. It is also important to share what you have tried in the past and what your current diet looks like.
Clients will meet with the trainer for 30-45 minutes per session in a format that works best for them.
